- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently
- Providing product information and technical support to customers
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department
- Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
- Meeting performance metrics and goals set by the company
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Independent and able to work remotely with minimal supervision
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent
