[Remote] Customer Success Operations Specialist

They are seeking a Customer Success Operations Specialist to ensure that all Customer Success activities are carried out efficiently and effectively, supporting client satisfaction and improving processes within the Customer Success function.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate, support and escalate issues between customers, users and Rain internal teamsPerform scheduled operational tasks on a rotating basis, requiring strict accuracy, and on-time completionWork closely with Analytics & Insights teams to monitor and troubleshoot issues proactively and reactivelyFind areas that need improvements, identify redundant processes and help streamline the entire Customer Success functionCreate and improve standardized processesContribute to documentation used for internal or external training/learningEscalate Customer Success team issues to Product and Engineering teamsSupport CSMs in identifying and executing growth initiatives in support of Analytics & Insights teamsSkills2+ years of experience in B2B SMB or scaled in customer success, account management, or sales with a history of driving revenue through retention and expansion of existing customersStrong project management skills and ability to prioritize internal and external requestsDemonstrated track record of successfully building relationships and problem solving skillsProven ability to measure, understand, and communicate business needs and impact to your customersAbility to be flexible and adjust to changing priorities or projects as the company scalesExperience using an enterprise CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)Experience in FinTech is a plusBenefitsFlexible PTOMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability coverageParental leaveMonthly stipendEquity optionsCompany OverviewRain offers early wage access and financial wellness benefit for mid-market to enterprise employers.
