Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITOM Developer with 3-8 years of experience to play a pivotal role in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions. This position is critical to ensuring the seamless operation of IT service delivery through robust automation, accurate asset visibility via the CMDB, proactive event management, and reliable system integrations. The successful candidate will contribute to enhancing IT operational efficiency, driving service reliability, and supporting enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions tailored to business needs

Configure and maintain Discovery workflows to ensure accurate and up-to-date asset data in the CMDB

Develop and manage event management rules and correlation policies to reduce noise and improve incident response

Build and support integrations between ServiceNow ITOM and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration tools

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across ITOM modules in production and non-production environments

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions

Document technical designs, configurations, and system behavior for knowledge transfer and future enhancements

Requirements

3-8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM development

Proven expertise in ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, and IntegrationHub

Strong understanding of ITIL principles and their implementation within ServiceNow

Experience with scripting in JavaScript (Server and Client) and familiarity with ServiceNow’s application development framework

Proficiency in REST/SOAP web services and integration patterns

Knowledge of database design and performance optimization within ServiceNow

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is highly desirable
