The Customer Success Mgmt Assoc role focuses on driving customer success and engagement throughout the customer lifecycle by supporting adoption, retention, and long-term value at scale.ResponsibilitiesBe accountable for customers’ overarching success, including adoption, account health, and retentionAct as a trusted advisor by sharing industry best practices and resources such as training, user events, webinars, and product releasesLead one-to-many engagements, including hosting webinar-style training and empowering customers at scale through relevant resourcesBuild cross-functional partnerships by contributing a customer-centric perspective to internal continuous improvement initiativesOrganize and lead customer engagements including onboarding, kickoff, status calls, and strategic sessionsCollaborate with team members to create and maintain training resources for end usersMonitor and analyze customer usage of productsPresent utilization insights and recommendations to help clients optimize resultsIdentify and track opportunities and risks within the assigned customer baseMaintain strong product knowledge to support training, usage, and client satisfactionSupport colleague development through product training and lunch-and-learn style sessionsCoordinate customer-facing initiatives with other KYC and Data Apps teams, including marketing, product development, and beta programsAbility to travel as needed (up to 25% of the time)Skills2+ years of professional experience in customer success, account management, pre-sales or customer support rolesAbility to work both independently and within a team environment, with high attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication and presentation skillsUndergraduate/first-level degree (e.g., Bachelor's degree) required, preferably with coursework in business, economics, finance, marketing or related fieldsAbility to travel as needed (up to 25% of the time)Experience in creating and leading scalable client-focused communications or campaignsSolid understanding of complex business concepts and processes, particularly in the area of regulatory compliance, supplier and credit risk use casesBasic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency.
