As a Customer Success Manager with Home and Lifestyle Amazon Merchant Services, you will work closely with Amazon's top seller partners to impact processes and plans across their businesses on Amazon.com, improving the end-user experience.
The H&L Amazon Merchant Services Group collaborates with merchants who sell products such as Home and Lifestyle (Toys, Furniture, Kitchen, Music/Video, Major Appliances, Home Improvement, Yard and Garden, etc.). Our goals include providing the best merchant experience, a rewarding Customer Success Manager experience, and ultimately enhancing the experience of our end-users. You will be part of a team of 6-10 Customer Success Managers who work together to enhance, continuously improve, learn, and grow to support both sellers and Amazon's many customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary resource and internal advocate for seller issues, questions, requests, escalations, and concerns
Identify, advise, and execute key seller needs across marketing, merchandising, and store networks across Amazon
Communicate with multiple stakeholders to develop product knowledge on Amazon.com, monitor inventory stock positions, and track sales performance
Analyze data from various sources and present recommendations to sellers on trends and opportunities
Offer support and strategic business recommendations while working with internal teams to ensure operational execution
Create and deliver reports to sellers tailored to their needs and key growth objectives
Instruct sellers on tools, policies, processes, and relevant insights through Amazon programs and products
Pitch promotional opportunities to help sellers drive revenue growth to meet their YoY objectives
Engage with various internal stakeholders to issue resolve, surface defects, analyze and interpret data, and drive continuous improvement for your sellers and the organization
Identify, tackle, and scale process improvements across the team and broader organization
Manage complex account objectives, issues, and projects

Requirements:

3+ years of professional work experience
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
Data analysis experience, including manipulating large datasets from complex systems and interpreting results
Experience creating and implementing processes
Experience influencing stakeholders
Proficient in Excel
Time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build professional relationships
Experience quickly adapting to change and managing ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or equivalent
3+ years of experience in account management, sales, marketing, buying, supply chain management, transportation, procurement, customer support, or consulting
3+ years in related industries, such as retail, hospitality, technology, consumer electronics, home goods, sporting goods, scientific products, industrial products, or telecom
Experience with analytical and productivity tools, including or similar to: Tableau, Salesforce, Microsoft OneNote, SharePoint, and Oracle Business Intelligence
E-commerce experience
Data analysis experience
Proven ability to learn tools and processes and then effectively use them to provide support
Manage multiple tasks and needs in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
Solid attention to detail
Exceptional problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a diverse group and contributing to an inclusive culture
