Remote Customer Service Specialist - Health & Life Insurance

What You'll Do:
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, providing accurate and helpful information.
Resolve complex customer issues related to health and life insurance policies, including re-rating and claims assistance.
Interpret policies, rules, and regulations to find the best solutions for our customers.
Accurately document customer interactions and requests in our systems.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
What You'll Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent.
0-2 years of customer service experience (preferred).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
A strong understanding of customer service principles.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
