[Remote] Customer Service Specialist

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for managing customer orders, handling inquiries, and coordinating shipments while collaborating with various internal departments to ensure superior service.ResponsibilitiesReception, analysis, and management of Purchasing, Consignment, Repairs, and all other applicable orders required by customers, guaranteeing compliance with applicable policiesIssuance of the documentation required for daily shipments (Quality Certificate, Packing List and Invoice)Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, faxes and other communication channels from/to internal and external customersManagement of Returns, Credit and Debit notes for customersField and respond to all types of customer inquiries including order placement; order status and tracking; general product questions; inventory availability; product pricing; returns; credits, account status; new account creation, etcProactively identify opportunities for synergies with other departments Maintain a supportive relationship with our Sales organizationsAccurately handle complex processesAbility to work with a cross functional teamDemonstrate proficient knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures that are vital to a customer centric organizationSkillsHigh School diploma or equivalent required1-2 years customer service and/or data/order entry experience requiredBilingual Portuguese, English requiredCollege degree – or college courses in a business related field - preferredDegree in business or any other field related to the positionPractical experience in a similar position advantageousStrong time-management and organizational skillsAbility to coordinate several tasks at the same timeWell-developed negotiation skillsAssertive interpersonal communicationCapacity for teamwork and active listeningCustomer Service SkillsCompany OverviewTeleflex is a manufacturing company that designs and develops medical devices for the healthcare sector.
