We are looking for highly motivated Customer Service Representatives to join the 5 Star Nexus Connections team. An agent on our team will provide exceptional customer support for Fortune 500 companies in a fully remote capacity. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling inquiries and resolving issues related to customer accounts, product/service information, and general support queries.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer incoming customer calls in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure each customer is provided with a personalized and memorable experience
- Assist with new customer account creation and support registration
- Educate customers on product features, pricing, and promotions
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues as necessary
- Update customer records and process refund requests as needed
- Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced, high volume work environment
REQUIREMENTS:
-You must have your own computer set up. We do not provide equipment.This include computer desktop, mouse, keyboard, headphones with mic, ethernet connection, etc( Ask about assistance with financing options during the interview)
