What You'll Do:

Communicate with customers to address their concerns, provide solutions, and offer personalized support
Research and problem-solve to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
Collaborate with team members and managers using virtual tools to foster a customer-centric culture
Continuously learn and develop your skills to provide exceptional customer experiences

What You'll Need:

2+ years of customer service experience
Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to change
Strong computer skills, including data entry and internet navigation
High school diploma or equivalent experience
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace
