**Overview of the Role**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative (Temp), you will be responsible for providing outstanding support and assistance to employees of our clients regarding benefits and payroll. You will be working in a call center environment, responding to questions via phone, and solving customer issues related to employee benefits. This role requires strong typing and basic computer skills, as well as the ability to maintain satisfactory quality assurance scores and consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Deliver high-quality client service consistent with arenaflex standards and practices and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Respond to questions via phone in a call center environment.
• Solve customer issues related to employee benefits, researching problems and processing documents.
• Maintain satisfactory quality assurance scores and consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics.
**Requirements**
• High school diploma.
• Customer service experience.
• Strong typing and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
**Nice to Have**
• A working knowledge of Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
• Exposure to benefits, HR, and/or payroll.
• Call center experience.
