As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining information in databases with precision and efficiency. If you have good typing skills and attention to detail, this job is perfect for you! **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Inputting, updating, and maintaining information in databases with precision and efficiency * Monitoring WAN links for stability and ensuring that routers and switches are functioning properly * Provisioning IP addresses, LAN/VLAN, and administering security and IAM * Monitoring alerts and logs, performing preventative health checks, and managing incidents * Reporting and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives **Training and Development** Selected applicants will receive comprehensive training on essential technical skills, including: * Windows/Unix/Linux * Active Directory * Powershell and Bash * Developer Tools * Wireshark * ServiceNow * Network Appliances * Load Balancers * Routers/Switches * Middleware, logs/alerts * Networks, firewalls, ACL, load balancers * Network Monitoring Systems * Network Diagnostic Commands * Incident management tools * ITSL Processes & Tools **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * High school diploma or GED * Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder).
