**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to customer inquiries via telephone, email, SMS, and chat to provide problem resolution in accordance with careerzynith's service standards
* Analyzing customer service needs and communicating with service and technical departments when applicable
* Maintaining detailed and current knowledge of careerzynith's products and services
* Entering required data into client-provided systems and databases
* Escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments for further investigation and resolution
* Building base knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients and understanding of association guidelines and compliance
**What We're Looking For**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or Equivalent
* At least 6 months of high-volume call center experience (onsite or remote) within the last 18 months
* Availability to work all shifts, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications
* Familiarity with customer service software and systems
* Basic knowledge of payment processing and related products
**Desired Skills and Capabilities**
* Acquires and applies job skills and learns careerzynith policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks
* Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision-making outside of stated processes
* Recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice and has little or no role in decision-making
* Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work, requiring instructions on all assignments
* Works under close supervision
