[Remote] Customer Service Representative - June 2026 Start - Inbound Only

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Principle Choice Solutions (PCS) is seeking friendly and motivated individuals to join their inbound call center team to support Veterans. The role involves answering incoming calls, assisting customers with their inquiries, and providing excellent service while documenting call details and solving problems. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their questions Provide excellent service with a positive approach Document call details in our systems Solve problems and help customers find solutions Work with a variety of people and build positive relationships Stay up-to-date on our processes and procedures Skills High school diploma or GED Great communication skills and a desire to help others Ensure end-of-day coverage by remaining on duty until all calls in the queue are resolved. (This may require staying beyond the scheduled shift for team members assigned to closing shifts and may result in overtime.)
