Role Overview
In this position, you will serve as the front line of communication for careerzynith’s clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, chat sessions, and email inquiries. You will resolve routine technical issues, address billing questions, and ensure that social‑media content aligns with brand guidelines—all while delivering a friendly, solution‑focused experience that leaves customers smiling.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Customer Support: Answer calls, chats, and emails promptly, providing accurate information and empathetic assistance.
Technical Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot product or service problems, guiding customers through step‑by‑step solutions.
Billing Assistance: Review account details, clarify charges, and correct billing discrepancies in a courteous manner.
Social Media Content Review: Monitor and validate user‑generated content to ensure compliance with brand standards and community guidelines.
Documentation & Reporting: Accurately log interactions in the CRM system, flagging trends and escalating complex cases when necessary.

Essential Qualifications

High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
Minimum of six (6) months of customer service experience in a call‑center, retail, or similar environment.
Reliable high‑speed internet connection with Ethernet capability.
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Windows/macOS, web browsers, and basic troubleshooting tools.
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
U.S. residency or a valid U.S. mailing address.
