Job Description: Delta Airlines is seeking a dedicated and attentive Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with our customers, offering assistance, and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner. This role requires the ability to handle a high volume of calls, emails, and chat inquiries daily. Our Customer... Service Representative will be the first point of contact for our customers, and should demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent service and support. Job Type: This is a full-time position with a rotating schedule that requires availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. 2. Provide accurate information about products and services. 3. Handle complaints and escalations professionally. 4. Document all customer interactions in the CRM. 5. Follow-up on customer issues and ensure resolution. 6. Participate in training and development programs. 7.
