We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative and Admin Support. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a fair and efficient manner, utilizing problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
Enter orders and manage customer accounts in our database with accuracy and attention to detail
Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills
Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions, utilizing our database and CRM systems
Manage social media accounts and respond to customer comments and messages, demonstrating a strong understanding of social media management and customer engagement

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
Proficiency in Google-related services and Slack, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks, with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Experience with social media management is a plus, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and customer engagement strategies
