Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using computers, including data entry, navigation, and research
Ability to adapt to change, work independently, and maintain confidentiality
Reliable high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/10 Mbps+ upload speed) and a dedicated workspace with minimal distractions
