Ā A minimum of one year of call center experience with proficiency in using automatic dialers and call scripting.
Ā Professional demeanor with exceptional verbal communication skills.
Ā Strong interpersonal skills, active listening ability, and a customer-focused mindset.
Ā Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ā Sales experience is preferred.
Ā High school diploma or GED is required.
Ā Basic computer literacy and familiarity with outbound environments.
