Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:


Creating a positive internal and external customer experience by promoting a culture of honesty and integrity, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
Leading by example by engaging and interacting with all customers, and modeling outstanding customer service.
Taking an active role in training and mentoring Associates on front-end principles, including personalizing the customer experience and promoting loyalty programs.
Assigning registers, supporting and responding to POS coverage needs, and coordinating breaks for all Associates.
Addressing customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Ensuring Associates execute tasks and activities according to store plan, prioritizing as needed.
Communicating accurately and effectively with management and Associates when setting and addressing priorities, providing progress updates.
Providing and accepting recognition and constructive feedback.
Partnering with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness.
Ensuring adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
Promoting credit and loyalty programs.
Supporting and participating in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
Promoting safety awareness and maintaining a safe environment.

Has strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Is a team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
Can train others.


Requirements:

* 1 year of retail experience
* 6 months of leadership experience
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Compensation:

The starting pay range for this position is $14.00 to $14.50 per hour, with actual starting pay determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
