Job Summary

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Key Responsibilities
Customer Support... Handle inbound customer contacts via phone, chat, or email, providing timely and accurate information.
Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues, including order inquiries, returns, refunds, and account management, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Problem Solving: Analyze customer concerns and find the best solutions in line with Amazon's policies and procedures.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Amazon's products, services, and promotions to assist customers effectively.
Escalation: Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and follow up as needed to ensure complete resolution.
Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction scores, response times, and resolution rates.
Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback and insights to improve customer service processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
Technical Skills: Proficient with computers, including familiarity with web-based tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with CRM software is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Customer Focus: A passion for providing exceptional customer service and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
