You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers and play a crucial role in enhancing their overall experience with our company.

– Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via live chat
– Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
– Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner
– Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members
– Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times
– Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals
?? *Requirements:**
– Previous customer service experience is preferred
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in using live chat platforms and CRM systems
– High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace
– Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
