The role involves engaging with customer prospects to boost revenue growth and customer acquisition while providing excellent service and support.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for treating every customer with the utmost courtesy while maintaining a positive outlook on every callBe knowledgeable about our company products and servicesIdentify prospective customers, lead generation and conversionContact new and existing customers to discuss needsEmphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problemsAnswer questions about the productsMake outgoing calls to confirm appointmentsManage call outgoing call follow upsIncoming calls and responding to customersβ requestsBook appointments with a high degree of data accuracyMaintain excellent written and verbal communication skills on a consistent basisIdentify and escalate issues to supervisorsResponsible for adapting to fast-changing guidelines with customersEducates clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, providing informationMaintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelinesKeep abreast of best practices and promotional trendsSkillsHigh school graduate or G.E.DA minimum of one year's experience in an inbound/outbound contact center or customer service is preferredExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to multitask in speaking on the phone, using the computer and keyboard simultaneouslyThe ability to type at least 30 words per minute or 10000 keystrokes both alpha and numeric is preferredExperience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirementsHighly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in salesExcellent selling, communication, and negotiation skillsMust have strong selling ability over the telephoneAbility to overcome objections and gain customer commitmentRelationship management skills and openness to feedbackMaintain reliable transportation to ensure punctuality for shiftsAbility to have a flexible schedule during peak seasonSubject to background checkMust also be available to work various shifts between the hours of 7:30 AM To 11:00 PM from Monday to Sunday (40 hours a week)Active Listening, Problem Solving, Time Management, Adaptability and ConfidenceCompany OverviewLeafGuard of Indiana makes it a priority to offer only the best for our customers.
