What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Answer 100 or more inbound customer calls per day
 Schedule 50 or more service appointments per day for customers
 Respond to Vehicle Status, Service Pricing, Warranty, and other inquiries
 Direct non-service appointment calls to the appropriate personnel
 Utilize multiple computer programs for dealership information and customer profiles
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 Available to work Monday - Friday with various shifts
 Must live in the greater Houston metropolitan area
 Minimum of 6 months recent customer service experience
 High-speed internet connection and quiet home office
 Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with various devices
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 Excellent verbal & written communication skills
 Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
 Familiarity with automotive terminology and components
 Excellent customer service and complaint resolution abilities
 Advanced knowledge of Google, YouTube, and other web search tools
