[Remote] Senior Project Manager, E-Commerce

Talener is a rapidly growing healthcare eCommerce and consumer technology company, and they are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team. This role will focus on establishing project management best practices and driving strategic cross-functional initiatives across the organization.ResponsibilitiesLead complex, cross-functional projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful delivery against timelines and prioritiesEstablish and mature project management processes, frameworks, and governance standards to support the growth of a formal Project Management Office (PMO)Partner with leadership and department stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives spanning technology, operations, marketing, legal, compliance, and customer-facing business functionsDevelop detailed project plans, define milestones, manage dependencies, and coordinate resources required for successful project executionIdentify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and change requests while maintaining stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycleFacilitate project status meetings, executive updates, and cross-functional communication to ensure transparency and accountabilityMonitor project performance, key milestones, and operational metrics, providing recommendations to improve efficiency and executionEvaluate existing business processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for optimization, scalability, and operational effectivenessSkills10+ years of project management experience within eCommerce, SaaS, technology, digital commerce, or related business environmentsPrior experience building, scaling, or formalizing a Project Management Office (PMO), including implementation of project governance processes and best practicesProven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives across both technical and business-focused teamsStrong executive presence with experience presenting project updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership stakeholdersDemonstrated success driving projects involving cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and external business partnersExperience utilizing modern project management methodologies, tools, and reporting platformsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects forward independentlyU.S. work authorization is required.
