Vaughan Automotive is looking for a friendly, customer service-oriented candidates with great phone skills to work in our Service Business Development Department. Base salary is $15.00 per hour with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $10.00 per hour in bonuses! You must be available to work shifts that range from 7:00 am- 7:00 pm Monday through Friday as well as alternating Saturdays from 7:00 am- 5:00 pm.
JOB Responsibilities:
? Understanding all inbound and outbound calling strategies
? Taking all overflow inbound service calls to ensure that all calls are answered in a timely manner.
? Assisting customers with appointment scheduling
? Work with Service Managers to ensure the customer experience.
? Maintain working knowledge of dealership systems and technologies.
? Knowledge of marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates.
Qualifications:
? Must be proficient on phones and computer
? Professional and polite demeanor
? Friendly and outgoing
? Can provide a world class experience to our customers
? Call Center and Appointment Setting experience
? Organized, detailed, can multitask
? Strong team player
? Bilingual is a strong plus
