Levi Communication is an international call center specializing in customer service. We are looking for dedicated, full-time remote agents to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Ā Handle international customer service calls with professionalism and empathy.
Ā Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Ā Follow company guidelines to deliver exceptional service.
Required Skills:
Ā Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate over the phone.
Ā Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Ā Convincing Power: Ability to persuade and handle objections smoothly.
Ā Politeness: Maintain a courteous and respectful demeanor with all customers.
Ā Professionalism: Demonstrate a professional attitude in all interactions.
Requirements:
Ā Equipment: Must have a laptop or desktop with a minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps.
Ā Headset: Must have a USB headset.
Ā Environment: Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace free from interruptions.
Ā Availability: Must be able to work night shifts and commit to a full-time schedule.
Ā Education: Prefer candidates who are not currently enrolled in college to ensure full dedication.
