[Remote] Platform Product Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cypress HCM is seeking a Platform Product Manager to join their Trust & Safety team. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to identify customer pain points and deliver products that enhance safety and trust in the hospitality and travel sectors.ResponsibilitiesLeading a cross-functional working group of engineers, data scientists, designers, operations experts, and policy experts to ensure alignment, execution, and launchesMaintaining product backlog and the product roadmap. Own prioritization process of product solutions based on business value and customer impactDefining goals and success with clearly measurable objectives and key resultsBuilding alignment across product teams (inside and outside of Trust & Safety), and Leadership/Executive teamsAnticipating bottlenecks, making tradeoffs and balancing the business needs, customer needs, versus technical or operational constraintsPresenting product roadmap and status to the business and leadership on an ongoing basis. Communicate concisely and influence outcomesEvaluating new product opportunities and bring forward proposals (buy, build, partner solutions) for new capabilities with data and users at the forefrontDeveloping short term plans aligned with long term goals to iteratively build platform capabilities to defend against fraud, abuse, safety, unwanted bad activities, etcBuild and scale platform capabilities that enable rapid deployment, experimentation, monitoring, and governance of machine learning and AI-powered defenses across Trust & Safety teamsPartner with Operations, Policy, Legal, Privacy, other defense Product and Engineering teams to ensure AI-driven enforcement systems are accurate, explainable, operationally effective, and aligned with customer and business outcomesSkills5+ years product management experiencePrior product, operations, consulting or engineering experience in security, trust, safety, risk, payments or fraudPrior experience building machine learning productsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperienced in design and hypothesis driven product developmentEntrepreneurial drive to achieve stretch goals in an innovative fast-paced environmentExperience leading teams through ambiguity, and high stakes trade off decisionsFamiliarity with modern AI systems - foundation models, model fine-tuning, RAG architectures, agentic systems, model serving, and AI observabilityExperience building internal platforms used by multiple product and engineering teamCompany OverviewCypress HCM is a staffing and recruiting company providing technology and creative recruiting solutions.
