General Duties
Ā Provide customers with exceptional service via incoming calls, utilizing various systems and platforms.
Ā Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls to resolve customer issues, requests, and questions.
Ā Establish and maintain customer satisfaction.

Ā Reliable Cell Phone for VPN Connection.
