Your Responsibilities
Ā Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a courteous and professional manner.
Ā Assist customers with order processes, product information, and account inquiries.
Ā Troubleshoot and resolve basic customer complaints and issues.
Ā Maintain an accurate record of customer interactions in our system.
Ā Support the team in achieving service level agreements and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Ā Participate in training sessions to learn about our products and improve customer service skills.
Ā Contribute ideas to enhance service delivery and improve overall customer experience.
Ā Strong willingness to learn and a passion for helping customers.
Ā Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ā Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate various software and applications.
Ā Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
Ā Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Ā Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for effective communication.
Ā No prior customer service experience is required; training will be provided.
