Job Overview The Student Customer Service Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all patrons while maintaining a positive and approachable demeanor. As the first point of contact for customers, this individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to accidents and incidents, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Key Responsibilities Greet patrons and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors Assist customers with various questions and problems in a professional and courteous manner Perform basic cleaning responsibilities, including trash removal, equipment maintenance, and laundry duties Support special event set-up and operations, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences Maintain a clean and safe environment for all patrons by completing assigned shifts, duties, and enforcing facility policies Respond to accidents and incidents, providing first aid and support as needed Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure efficient and effective operations Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: Current American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, and Standard First Aid certifications or obtained within the first 30 days of employment BBP Certification obtained within the first 30 days of employment Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures Availability to work 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in customer service or facilities management Knowledge of recreational facilities and equipment First aid and emergency response training Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
