We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Remote Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Netflix, the world's leading online entertainment company. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our subscribers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience that exceeds their expectations.
Job Summary:

Provide exceptional customer service to Netflix subscribers via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.
Utilize your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, as well as address billing and account-related inquiries.
Work collaboratively with internal teams, including technical and product teams, to resolve complex issues and improve the overall customer experience.
Stay up-to-date with Netflix's products, services, and policies, ensuring you have the knowledge and expertise to provide accurate and helpful support to our subscribers.
Participate in ongoing training and quality assurance programs to continuously improve your skills and performance.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and situations.
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in computer hardware, software, and networking.
Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and verbal) is required.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
