Veeva Systems does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, OPT) for this employment position.nWhat You'll DoLeverage data and analytics for solution recommendations and advisory for our clients including segmentation, targeting, Field KPI’s Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels within the commercial organizationServe as a key member of the project team supporting key deliverables and timelinesMonitor progress, manage risk, and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomesStay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's businessDemonstrate the ability to assimilate to new knowledgePossess good business acumenRemain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledgeRequirementsBachelor’s degree is requiredMBA or 2-3 years of experience with Commercial AnalyticsBackground in the pharmaceutical industry preferredStrong understanding of data and analytics and how they drive business outcomesStrong track record of experience delivering client advisory engagementsCore management consulting skills, including workshop facilitation, client presentations, project management, and ability to develop structured approaches/methodologies to business problemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to travel roughly 40% but this can vary depending on engagementPerks Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insuranceFlexible PTO and company paid holidaysRetirement programs1% charitable giving programCompensationBase pay: $70,000 - $140,000The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.
