**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Remote Customer Experience & Sales Ambassador, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to inbound calls and inquiries via email or other communication channels
* Scheduling virtual appointments with customers via Zoom
* Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to meet the evolving needs of each client
* Educating customers on the features and benefits of our products
* Performing reviews for existing clients and assisting with claims or adjustments as needed
* Providing attentive customer service and administrative support to ensure seamless sales experiences
* Collaborating with team members to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
* Maintaining accurate records of sales interactions in our CRM system
**Ideal Candidate:**
We're looking for a self-starter with:
* Previous experience in sales or customer service
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
* Proficiency in using Zoom and MS Office Suite
