They are seeking a Customer Service Support Representative to assist with patient billing inquiries, providing exemplary customer experiences through effective communication and problem-solving.ResponsibilitiesAnswer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's office and/or private insurance carriersInitiate payment plans for patients for outstanding balancesRoutinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phoneMaintain performance goalsAbility to become proficient with processes after completing a structured training programSkillsHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum 1+ year work experience requiredAbility to work and learn in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detailPerform successfully in a team environmentExcellent organization skillsProficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applicationsAlpha-Numeric data entry proficiencyExcellent communication skillsInternet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second connectivity required - if work remote (not just satellite)Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord.
