**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our water level controls and sensors
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge
* Follow established build and test documents and procedures
* Work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
**Essential Qualifications**
* Two-year degree as an Electronics Technician or equivalent experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong work ethic and ability to work in a manufacturing environment
* Reliable with the ability to focus on the job at hand
* Basic understanding of electronic components and how a relay works
* Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or other related fields
* US work authorization (required)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Knowledge of C++ and Assembler (a plus)
* Experience with Pick N Place machines (a plus)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
* Familiarity with customer service software and systems
