The role involves influencing AI-driven character interactions and crafting engaging storylines and dialogues. Responsibilities Work inside a game environment powered by large language models, helping ensure the characters feel natural, engaging, and emotionally consistent Review and improve AI generated dialogue, quests, and character interactions Create new storylines, character personalities, and story arcs Evaluate tone, humor, and narrative intent Help shape how the game’s AI characters think, speak, and respond This is creative, judgment-based work Skills Enjoy reading, writing, and crafting dialogue Have a strong sense of tone, emotion, and nuance Are detail-oriented and comfortable following structured guidelines Learn new tools and workflows quickly You do not need prior AI or annotation experience.
