[Remote] Creative Director (Brand & Campaign)

Orena Fragrances is a fast-growing beauty and fragrance brand seeking an experienced Creative Director to lead and elevate their creative vision. This highly strategic role involves owning the creative direction, campaign ideation, and brand storytelling, ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.

Responsibilities
• Own and evolve the overall creative direction of the brand across digital, social, and campaign content
• Ensure visual and storytelling consistency across all touchpoints
• Maintain a premium, cohesive brand aesthetic while allowing room for evolution and experimentation
• Concept and plan creative campaigns for new product and scent launches
• Plan seasonal moments and holidays (planned months in advance)
• Develop creative narratives, themes, and visual concepts for each campaign
• Translate ideas into clear creative plans that can be executed by the team
• Define what type of content we should be producing (short-form video concepts, hero campaigns, storytelling formats, etc.)
• Create campaign outlines, mood boards, shot lists, and creative briefs

Skills
• 5+ years of experience in creative direction, preferably within beauty or fragrance
• Strong background in campaign-based creative, not just social posting
• Experience working with photographers, videographers, and social teams
• Ability to translate abstract concepts (scent, mood, emotion) into visual and narrative ideas
• Strategic thinker who can plan ahead and build creative systems—not just one-off ideas
• Comfortable working fractionally and owning creative direction with autonomy
