[Remote] Corporate Vice President - Data & Analytics Lead

The Corporate Vice President will lead the design and execution of actuarial data and modeling architecture, collaborating across teams to deliver scalable data solutions.ResponsibilitiesLead the design and implementation of actuarial data architecture within AWS (S3, Lambda, Redshift)Develop and oversee scalable ETL pipelines supporting actuarial and financial reporting processesArchitect and support Prophet/FIS environments, including model integration, automation, and production processesEstablish and maintain data governance, quality controls, and model oversight frameworksPartner with actuarial, finance, and technology stakeholders to deliver business-aligned data solutionsCommunicate technical concepts and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiencesLead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams across actuarial and data disciplinesIdentify and implement opportunities to enhance data infrastructure, automation, and efficiencySkillsBachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related)10+ years of experience in data engineering, actuarial technology, or financial systemsStrong experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS preferred), including ETL design and data warehousing (e.g., Redshift)Proficiency in programming (e.g., Python) and version control (e.g., GitHub)Experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives in a production environmentDemonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teamsStrong collaboration skills across actuarial, finance, and technology organizationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiencesExperience with Prophet/FIS actuarial software and model integrationBackground in insurance, actuarial modeling, or financial reportingFamiliarity with modern DevOps practicesFSA or ASA designation is a plusBenefitsLeave programsAdoption assistanceStudent loan repayment programsCompany OverviewFor over 180 years, we’ve helped turn your biggest dreams into milestones that last a lifetime.
