**Responsibilities**
As a Part-time Customer Engagement Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
* Providing in-depth information about our dealership clients' products and services, ensuring that customers have a seamless and engaging experience
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to make informed purchasing decisions
* Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of our ever-evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our dealership clients to build strong relationships with their customers
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights into customer behavior and preferences
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary
* The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
* A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
**Requirements**
To join our team, you'll need to:
* Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST
* Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
* Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
* Demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Show a strong ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
* Gaming experience is preferred, but not required
