REMOTE Corporate Trainer
A mortgage company is looking for a REMOTE Corporate Trainer to join their team! The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for delivering and facilitating established training programs on a variety of mortgage-related topics, including loan products, underwriting guidelines, regulatory compliance, sales techniques, customer service, and software applications. While this role focuses on the delivery and improvement of existing materials, opportunities to contribute to content updates and enhancements may arise. Required Skills & Experience3+ years of experience in the mortgage industry as a Processor 1+ year working as a corporate trainer Strong experience working within Encompass Desire to be in a corporate training position Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
