They are seeking a contractor to build a cohesive technology and data ecosystem that enhances workflows and provides real-time visibility into security operations.ResponsibilitiesPartner with teams across Corporate Security to understand their operational workflows, data sources, reporting needs, and automation goalsBuild best-in-class dashboards and metrics that provide real-time visibility into CorpSec operations, performance, risks, and program healthUse ChatGPT, Codex, agents, APIs, and automation tools to build scalable internal tools and workflowsCreate a unified technical vision that connects team-level projects into a broader CorpSec data and technology ecosystemAssess current data sources and workflows, identify gaps, and improve the quality, consistency, and reliability of dataDesign clean data pipelines and reporting structures across systems such as Airtable, Ontic, Jira, Asana, Google Workspace, and other CorpSec toolsBuild prototypes quickly, test with users, and iterate toward production-ready solutionsHelp establish data standards, governance practices, and repeatable patterns for future CorpSec technology buildsTranslate ambiguous business needs into clear technical requirements and practical solutionsServe as a technical partner to CorpSec leadership on dashboards, automation, AI-enabled workflows, and data strategySkills5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, software engineering, solutions architecture, business systems, or a similar technical roleExperience building dashboards, reporting systems, or operational analytics productsExperience working with APIs, data pipelines, databases, scripts, or automation toolsAbility to work directly with business stakeholders and translate operational needs into technical solutionsStrong understanding of data quality, data modeling, and scalable reporting practicesDemonstrated ability to build practical tools in fast-moving environmentsExperience using ChatGPT, Codex, AI agents, or LLM-based tools to build internal workflows or automationExperience with Airtable, Ontic, Jira, Asana, Google Workspace, Slack, or similar enterprise toolsExperience supporting security, risk, intelligence, operations, trust and safety, or enterprise resilience teamsExperience building executive-facing dashboards or metrics programsComfort with SQL, Python, JavaScript, APIs, and low-code/no-code platformsExperience designing data governance, permissions, and access-control models for sensitive dataCompany OverviewGreenLight.ai is an AI-powered platform that helps businesses compliantly hire, manage, and pay freelancers and contract workers.
