The Corporate Recruiter will partner with senior leaders to build high-impact corporate teams, owning full-cycle recruiting for complex searches and driving process improvements in the hiring strategy.ResponsibilitiesOwn full-cycle recruiting for high-priority corporate roles, partnering closely with leadership to define hiring needs, success profiles, and interview strategiesServe as a strategic thought partner to senior hiring managers, providing market insight, talent recommendations, and guidance throughout the hiring processDevelop and execute thoughtful sourcing strategies across multiple channels to build diverse, high-quality pipelines for complex and competitive searchesEvaluate, interview, and present candidates with clear, structured recommendations that support confident and timely hiring decisionsDrive efficiency and consistency across the recruiting process by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing scalable solutionsBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, trust, and momentum across searchesManage candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring clear communication, strong engagement, and alignment with the Charlie Health missionTake ownership of recruiting projects and initiatives beyond individual roles, contributing to the continued evolution of Charlie Health’s recruiting functionSkills2-4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated success hiring for complex corporate roles in high-growth, fast-paced environmentsProven ability to partner with senior stakeholders (Director+ level), acting as a trusted advisor and thought partner throughout the hiring processStrong business acumen, with the ability to understand role impact, assess tradeoffs, and align hiring strategy to broader organizational goalsExcellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to influence, challenge, and drive alignment across diverse audiencesStrong sense of ownership; able to manage multiple priorities, lead projects to completion, and continuously improve through feedbackOrganized and detail-oriented, with the ability to drive efficiency and momentum across searches while maintaining a high-quality candidate experienceAuthorized to work in the United States with native or bilingual English proficiencyBenefitsComprehensive benefits to all full-time, exempt employeesStock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefitsCompany OverviewVirtual behavioral health clinic for high acuity youth It was founded in 2020, and is headquartered in Bozeman, Montana, USA, with a workforce of 1001-5000 employees.
