We are looking for a full-time full-desk recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, recruiting, and sales. This is a fully remote 1099 full commission position.

Responsibilities:
Business development - landing clients, negotiating/executing contracts, and account management
Source and recruit qualified candidates for open positions
Screen candidates and conduct interviews
Negotiate and close job offers
Onboard new hires and provide them with support
Maintain relationships with clients and candidates
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
2-10 years of experience in full-desk recruiting (MUST HAVE business development experience)
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
