They are looking for a creative Talent Acquisition expert who will collaborate with company leadership to develop and implement national talent recruitment strategies in a fast-paced, high growth environment.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with key Shared Services stakeholdersIdentify top active talent in the education industry through various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and referralsEngage with passive talent through LinkedIn, Indeed, etcScreen candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and fit for various Shared Services rolesManage the full-cycle recruiting process, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and extending job offersEnsure hiring managers and candidates consistently receive a high level of service throughout the screening, selection and placement processMaintain accurate records of candidate information and job postingsUnderstands talent acquisition best practices and advises company leadership on available tools and approachesEnsures compliance with all necessary company policies and state/federal regulationsPartner with Marketing & Communications to implement a social media strategyOther duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree required5+ years of experience in talent acquisitionExperience with major applicant tracking systems required, Greenhouse preferredExperience with high growth, high-volume recruiting needs requiredExperience developing and deploying practices that increase the pipeline of diverse talent for key talent communitiesBasic knowledge of employment and labor laws across the United StatesComfort working in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong time management skillsGreenhouse preferredBenefitsMedical insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance401(k) retirement planLife insuranceLong-term disability insuranceShort-term disability insurance10 paid holidays annuallyPaid Time Off to cover sick, vacation, and personal absencesWe offer 4 unique health insurance plans to choose from that cover a wide range of deductibles and co- insurance levels.
