[Remote] Corporate Attorney with AI Experience (Remote Contract Engagement)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Latitude Legal is seeking a Corporate Attorney with AI experience to support the knowledge management team of an AmLaw 100 law firm. This role involves guiding attorneys on the effective use of an AI platform in corporate transactions and M&A, while serving as a subject matter expert. Responsibilities • Support the knowledge management team of an AmLaw 100 law firm with the implementation of a firm-wide AI platform • Serve as the firm’s subject matter expert in corporate transactions and M&A • Leverage corporate background and platform training to guide attorneys on the effective use of the AI platform • Become deeply proficient in the AI platform’s capabilities • Collaborate on platform optimization • Act as a trusted internal resource to answer substantive and practical questions related to corporate transaction workflows and AI-enabled solutions Skills • 5+ years of corporate transactional experience, preferably at a mid-to-large size law firm • Hands-on experience using AI legal platforms such as CoCounsel, Harvey, and/or Protégé is a plus • Licensed attorney in good standing in the state of residence • Outstanding references • Prior experience handling corporate transactions and M&A at a mid-to-large size law firm • Prior experience working with AI platforms, including CoCounsel, Harvey, and/or Protégé Benefits • Complimentary professional liability insurance coverage • Complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D • Qualified 401k plan • CLE and Professional Expense stipend Company Overview • Latitude is a legal services company that provides employing, in-house counseling, and law attorneys.
