Email customer service in an online ticket response system, utilizing best-answer templates to communicate with clients
Collaborating with market research clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality results
Working independently and efficiently in a home-based environment
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of work completed
Adhering to company policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality guidelines

Essential Qualifications
Computer literacy, with intermediate working ability degree ( minimal requirement)
Diligent work ethic, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
