[Remote] Contract Recruiter

They are hiring a Contract Recruiter to support a Canadian client by sourcing and screening bilingual (French/English) candidates for technical roles.ResponsibilitiesProvide full-cycle recruiting services to clientsSource and screen qualified candidates (French/English) for open requisitions (with a focus on passive candidates/direct sourcing)Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidatesEnsure an exceptional candidate experience before, during, and at the conclusion of the interview processComplete candidate assessments/screens to present to clients within company standardsDevelop strong working relationships with clients, recruiters, business leaders, and operations teamMaintain timely and accurate documentation on all candidate and client interactionsAdditional tasks as requiredSkillsBachelor Degree (or equivalent experience)3+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate and/or agency environment (technical recruiting experience preferred)Written and spoken fluency in French and in EnglishAbility to creatively approach hiring needs for challenging to fill positionsProficiency with LinkedIn RecruiterProven ability to track and manage data and workflowsAbility to work effectively in a remote capacityStrong aptitude to learn new technologiesHighly organized with excellent time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsEntrepreneurial spiritTechnical recruiting experienceCompany OverviewVacaré Group is a consulting firm that focuses on talent acquisition, employment branding, and recruitment process.
