[Remote] Contract Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Morae is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Analyst to provide temporary support to their corporate legal and business operations team. This role will focus on contract portfolio management, drafting, coordination, and ensuring efficient workflows between business stakeholders and legal resources.ResponsibilitiesManage and monitor a high-volume portfolio of active and pending contracts, ensuring priorities, deadlines, and deliverables remain on trackDraft routine, lower-risk commercial agreements using approved templates and established guidelinesCoordinate contract review, approval, execution, and documentation processesEscalate legal or complex contractual issues to designated legal counsel or reviewersReview incoming legal and contract-related requests, gather necessary information, and coordinate next steps with stakeholdersFacilitate meetings, follow-ups, and communications between business teams and legal resourcesProvide regular updates on contract status, priorities, and outstanding requestsSupport contract transition activities by assuming responsibility for active agreements and projects during the assignment periodMaintain contract records, document repositories, and workflow tracking systemsAssist with renewals, filings, and routine legal administrative activitiesSupport reporting, dashboarding, and process improvement initiatives designed to enhance contract management efficiencyCollaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be consideredMinimum of 3 years of experience in contract management, contract administration, legal operations, paralegal support, procurement contracting, or a related fieldExperience managing multiple contracts and competing priorities in a corporate environmentFamiliarity with commercial agreements, contract review processes, and legal workflowsExperience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems, contract tracking tools, or similar workflow platformsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and OutlookStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across legal, business, and operational teamsDemonstrated attention to detail, sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential informationProcess improvement mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and operational effectivenessCompany OverviewMorae Global Corporation ("Morae") is trusted around the world for the delivery of digital and business solutions for a constantly changing legal industry.
