The role involves managing the full lifecycle of provider contracts, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with various internal stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesCreate, edit, format, and maintain provider contract documents and templatesManage contracts through the full contract lifecycle from creation through implementationTrack contract status, approvals, amendments, and execution milestonesCoordinate contract review and approval workflows with internal stakeholdersMaintain contract repositories, document libraries, and version-controlled recordsSupport contract compliance and regulatory documentation activitiesUtilize DocuSign and contract workflow tools to route and track contract approvalsGenerate and review reports using Microsoft ExcelMonitor contract processing productivity and ensure established deadlines are metSupport implementation of negotiated provider agreements into contract management systemsCollaborate with Contract Managers, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Provider Contracting teamsEnsure contract records remain audit-ready and compliant with organizational requirementsSkills3+ years of experience in Contract Administration, Contract Compliance, Contract Coordination, Contract Management, or Contract Lifecycle ManagementStrong experience managing contract documentation and approval workflowsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft WordStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including report exports, data review, and spreadsheet trackingExperience supporting contract lifecycle activities from initiation through executionExcellent organizational, project management, and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionHealthcare industry experienceProvider contracting or managed care experienceContract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system experienceExperience with DocuSignExperience with SharePointExperience with PRMS or similar contract management platformsExperience supporting healthcare provider agreements and network contracting initiativesContract compliance and regulatory documentation experienceBenefitsTraveler benefits as per agency package.
