[Remote] Marketing Specialist

As a Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the publishing and development team to shape and execute marketing efforts in the North American market, translating global strategy into localized initiatives. Responsibilities Work closely with publishing and development team to shape and execute marketing efforts in the North American market Participate in key promotion campaigns, including design of market strategy, user analysis, ideation, external communication, and quality control Support in data collection, creative planning, content writing, and etc Support daily work of branding including data analysis, material development, project follow up as well as internal financial and legal process Track and identify emerging trends and collaboration opportunities within the North American anime and gaming ecosystem Skills 1–3 years of experience in marketing; prior involvement in videogame, anime, entertainment industry is a strong plus Familiarity with HoYoverse titles and a strong understanding of local anime/game community culture Excellent communication and collaboration skills; experience in cross-cultural teamwork is highly valued Existing connections with local vendors, IP holders, or PR resources are preferred Benefits 100% employer-paid healthcare premiums for you and your dependents Generous paid time off 401K/ RRSP plan Employer-paid life and disability insurance Team-building activities throughout the year Flexible working hours Company Overview HoYoverse is dedicated to providing players all over the world with immersive virtual world experiences.
